Approximate Estimates: These conversions are approximate estimates based on generalized mathematical models (such as piecewise linear interpolation and the Modified Bavarian Formula).
Not Official Credentials: The results generated by the Pathfinder app are strictly for informational and guidance purposes. They do not replace official credential evaluations provided by organizations like World Education Services (WES) or the specific international admissions boards of your target universities.

User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and finalizing any document generated by the app before submitting it to an institution.
AI Detection & University Policies: Numero Uno Pathfinder cannot guarantee that AI-generated text will pass third-party AI detection software used by some universities. Users must ensure their final submissions comply with the academic integrity and AI-usage policies of their prospective institutions.

Payments: Premium features, including the AI Statement Writer tiers (Butterfly, Hornet, Parrot) and Admin Service Requests (e.g., Plagiarism Checks, Document Reviews), require payment via our secure payment gateway (Paystack).
Delivery: Digital goods (like AI-generated statements) are delivered instantly within the app upon successful payment verification.
Refund Policy: Because AI generation incurs immediate server and API costs, payments for the Statement Writer are non-refundable once the text has been successfully generated and delivered to your dashboard. For human-led service requests, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis prior to the final delivery of the reviewed document.
